Seatbelts

Post by stone »

:?: Hi, i have a 1986 cabby. I bought some seatbelts for my backseat.

A have one backseat belt but that is Non-Retractable and is covering the hole backseat???

Now i bought 2 Retractable Belts(only labbelts). One for eatch side. I have no problem with mounting the retractable part. But where do i mount the "release botton holder`s" if called so. There are no holes or any thing
as far i can see.

Have any of you done the same or had the same problem please let me know how you solved it. (maby a little picture of how yours are mounted)

Hope for help, and hope you vil forgive my poor english in writing :(

This one is easy, I don't have a pic currently, but if you really need it, I can take one.

Fold the back seat down and then lift up the trunk mat/carpet. You should see a nice big bolt just a bit behind the center of the seat. That is where the belt holders anchor to. Hope that helps, but if not, let me know if you need a visual.
