I need to pull the back window and get patch a couple of rips, and get the window back in... how would I do this?? Please help

Well have some one stand by the back window and be there to catch it. Then from the inside working at a corner apply gentle steady pressure to the corner, and work to the other corner, once it breaks the seal it should be easier to pop out..
To reinstall it, just clean the gasket and grove with some wd-40, and take mason twine and wrap it twice around the window seal, place the seal in the frame and have some one push it in while you are on the inside and unwind the string, and the seal will seat itself.
On groups.yahoo.com there is a cabriolet groups that has Forrest Kings Instructions on how to replace a top, it is well described there.
