Forgive me for posting an RTFM sort of question, but I don't have an owner's manual for this car yet.
'89 Cabriolet...I notice there's a pin switch on the trunk lid. Is there supposed to be a light in there? If so, where is it? I tried to trace out the wiring but it disappears into a loom.
Luggage compartment light?

You can re-wire that pin switch to the Brake lights then you will have power any time you open the trunk.... it an OH by the way fix.
