no ecu this is cis
The guy who had this car foulded around whit the screw trying to make it start..........I got the car to start but but I feel it is running rich..dark smoke...

how to adjuste co2 mixture

Hi guys,

trying to tune my 1985 cab but dont know how to adjust mixture... :?
does anyone know the procedure to adjust idle mixture screw????
