Re: SAI not working
I got my relay and installed it and still have the CEL . Code is 0418 SAI Relay. Can I jump the SAI blower and see if it works or do I have to check it some other way? I am thinking a hot wire and a ground to see if it will work. Am I fixing to burn up the engine compartment?

SAworking issueI not
This may be the wrong section for this but I thought I would put it here since I have only made entries in this and the engine section. The SAI isnt working. I have ordered a new relay. I have been thinking about the comments I have heard about blocking it off and using a resistor to make the light ...

Re: Where is the relay
I did buy the car for my Grandaughter and I want it to be right. I am not opposed to blocking off the ports but it may be cheaper to fix it. I am going to start checking on whats wrong with it tomorrow. I bought a Bently repair manual and have a good collection of info to get started with. So I will...

Re: Where is the relay
The one I need is said to be behind the headlight. You are correct. But in my case it ain't there. As far as the ck engine light it will go out if blocked off and the resistor installed. But the car still wont pass inspection because the thing will come up as part missing. The only way I can get rid...

Re: A/C wont run
I have an '02 Cabrio. It may be different that the other years. The dryer on my car is not under the water tank. That tank is on the drivers side mounted to the frame. I tracked the lines from the compressor . One line goes to the radiator area so it can be cooled. The other line snakes its way arou...

A/C wont run
I understand this is a typical problem . My A/C runs for just a few minutes and then shuts off. The cooling fans wont come on. I have changed the temp semsor in the radiator but no good. the fans do work when jumped but wont work as it should. I have been told the Cabby has gone relay crazy . which ...
